To open an account with al99, you must meet the following requirements. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended.

• The registrant must be at least 18 Years must be.
• Each individual is only One Account Multiple accounts under the same identity will all be closed.
• The name, address, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

• Before confirming a bet, carefully review the odds, stake amount, and event details.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, al99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds can change rapidly during in-play betting after a match has started. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded, subject to applicable conditions.
• If any irregularities are found in scores or results, al99 reserves the right to reassess the relevant bets.

• No additional charges apply for deposits. However, payment gateway fees may still apply.

• Arbitrage Betting: Using your account to exploit system loopholes for guaranteed profit.
• Use of Automated Bots: Operating an account using any software or script.
• Fraudulent Payments: Depositing funds via chargebacks or fraudulent payments.
• Third-Party Funds: Placing bets on behalf of or using funds belonging to another person.
• Attacking Platform Security: Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack.

Al99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.

• A serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
• Suspected fraudulent financial activity or money laundering.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may request to close their account at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
